During the static pressure test, the pipeline expansion joint inspector must be present at the factory; only after passing the test can a certificate of conformity be affixed and the product leave the factory.
Both the inner and outer walls of the pipeline expansion joints should be coated with anti-corrosion paint to ensure safe operation in water pipelines and maintain water quality. The anti-corrosion coating adopts the latest coating standards, with a thickness of no less than 210 μm.
