Clamp-type rubber joints are easy to install, low in cost, and convenient to maintain. They reduce vibration, lower noise, have good flexibility, and are easy to use. They have high internal density and good elastic deformation. Clamp-type rubber joints consist of fabric-reinforced rubber components and clamp fasteners, used for pipeline vibration isolation, noise reduction, and displacement compensation. They are a type of pipe joint with high elasticity, high airtightness, media resistance, and weather resistance. ratings: 0.1MPa and 0.6MPa. Applications include connections to pumps and valves, fire-fighting equipment, and pipelines experiencing significant vibration or frequent temperature changes. Suitable media include seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, refined oil, air, gas, steam, and particulate matter. Types include oil-resistant rubber joints, high-temperature resistant rubber joints, acid and alkali resistant rubber joints, wear-resistant rubber joints, seawater resistant rubber joints, corrosion-resistant rubber joints, internally oil-resistant, externally high-temperature resistant rubber joints, and negative pressure resistant rubber joints.
